breakdowns, gf laser has wide ranging experience in working with
tooling companies. Working on a 24 hour shift pattern we can supply
parts at short notice and assist in CAD changes to trim and apertures.
On-Site
Press Capability
With a range
of presses available on site gf laser can provide a complete solution
to production, tryout / prototype or press relief projects. Components
can be pressed and laser trimmed on site to reduce logistics and setup
costs.
In addition,
many customers have benefitted from the ability to laser parts and then
re-strike on site. This can vastly reduce the costs associated with
Quality checks as it reduces the time taken to check that form and
re-strike tooling are correct.
Quality
As well as
being approved to ISO 9001:2000 gf laser has a dedicated Quality
department operating the latest checking tools. This includes a laser
Faro ScanArm and traditional C.M.M measuring equipment. We can also
incorporate any KANBAN or JIT processes within our own quality systems.
